1. Coarse crushing equipment
Jaw crusher is often selected for coarse crushing, which can efficiently crush large medium and low hardness stones to 10-30cm particle size. For specific medium and low hardness raw materials, impact crusher is also optional, with its high crushing efficiency and finished product particle size uniformity, to meet the needs of coarse crushing.

2. Medium and fine crushing equipment
According to the different hardness of raw materials, medium and fine crushing equipment has different choices.
For medium and low hardness stone such as limestone and weathered rock, it is recommended to use impact crusher or cone crusher for medium and fine crushing operation. Compared with hammer crusher, counterattack not only has higher production capacity, but also has longer service life of wear-resistant parts, and the crushed stones have excellent shape, no internal cracks and high compressive strength, which is especially suitable for the aggregate required for the production of high-grade concrete.
If the raw materials are medium and high hardness stones such as granite, basalt, tuff, river pebbles, etc., it is recommended to use cone crusher for medium and fine crushing equipment. The hydraulic cone crusher adopts the principle of lamination crushing, which can use the crushing operation between stones, and the machine loss is small. Compared with the traditional cone crusher, the finished stone of hydraulic cone crusher has better grain shape and less needle-like stones.
3. Shaping sand making equipment
Shaping sand preferably impact, the use of "stone stone" or "stone iron" mechanism, set stone shaping and sand in one. This equipment can significantly improve the perfection of stone grain shape, and at the same time efficiently produce 0-5mm high-quality machine-made sand to meet the needs of diversified building materials.
