It is understood that the Sanfan Mine has a total investment of approximately 5.3 billion yuan and resource reserves of up to 199 million tons, including approximately 160 million tons of limestone and 40 million tons of dolomite. The project is being constructed in two phases. Phase one has been completed and is undergoing trial production, with an annual output of 8 million tons; phase two is planned to be completed by the end of 2024, at which time the annual production capacity will reach 30 million tons. After winning the mining rights, Hengjin New Materials quickly signed a "Mining Rights Transfer Contract" with the Pengze County Natural Resources Bureau and launched project construction in July 2022. The project adopts advanced gyratory crushing and impact shaping technology, and simultaneously deploys dry and wet processing lines to ensure product quality. The products are widely used in asphalt, bridges, high-grade concrete, and other fields, and the dolomite has a magnesium oxide content of 21-23%, meeting the raw material needs of steel mills, glass factories, and magnesium metal refining.

It is worth mentioning that the Sanfan Mine is strategically located in the Zhongshan area on the south bank of the Yangtze River, close to the ports along the Yangtze River in Pengze County, enjoying convenient water and land transportation. With a storage and supply capacity of 1 million tons of crushed stone, a dedicated transportation corridor, and a cargo terminal with an annual throughput of 30 million tons, Hengjin New Materials has achieved efficient product transportation and coverage of the core areas of the Yangtze River Delta.
