Main Equipment:

1. F5X Feeder: Used to uniformly and continuously feed raw materials into the crushing equipment. It has a pre-treatment function before crushing, ensuring uniform crushing of the raw materials.

2. C6X Jaw Crusher: Commonly known as a "tiger's mouth," it is the main equipment for coarse and medium crushing. It crushes large raw materials into medium-sized particles through compression.

3. HST Single-Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher: Suitable for medium and fine crushing operations, capable of handling various high-hardness materials. It has high crushing efficiency and can achieve multi-stage crushing.

4. HPT Multi-Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher: Also an ideal choice for medium and fine crushing operations, offering a more refined crushing effect compared to a single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher.

5. VSI6X Impact Crusher: This is a new type of crushing equipment primarily used for fine and ultrafine crushing operations. It crushes raw materials to particle size through high-speed impact, suitable for crushing materials of various hardness and brittleness.

6. Vibrating Screen: Used to screen the crushed raw materials. Based on the required particle size, the vibrating screen separates the raw materials into different grades.

7. Dust Collector: Used to collect dust generated during the crushing process, ensuring a clean working environment and meeting environmental protection requirements.
