Process Flow
Raw materials are unloaded from dump trucks into the raw material hopper. After preliminary screening, fine natural sand is stored in the sand production workshop. Materials larger than 120 mm are first crushed by a jaw crusher and then further crushed by a single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher to ensure a suitable material size.

After screening, materials larger than 31.5 mm are returned to the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for further crushing. After medium and fine crushing, materials with a size of 5-31.5 mm are crushed into sand using an impact crusher, and then sieved to obtain four finished products: 0-5 mm, 5-10 mm, 10-20 mm, and 20-31.5 mm.
Wastewater generated during the wet production process is sent to the sludge treatment plant for purification, ensuring that the production process complies with environmental protection standards and allows for resource recycling.
