Equipment Configuration: ZSW490x110 vibrating feeder, PE-750×1060 jaw crusher, HPT200 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, VSI6X sand maker, wheel bucket sand washer, 2Y1854 vibrating screen, multiple conveyors
Aggregate is smoothly conveyed via the vibrating feeder into the jaw crusher for primary crushing, then transferred by belt conveyor to the cone crusher for secondary crushing. Graded screening by the vibrating screen directs non-compliant material back to the cone crusher for reprocessing, while compliant material proceeds to the sand maker. Following sand-making, the material undergoes a second screening via the vibrating screen to ensure particle size compliance. Qualified products proceed to the sand washer for cleaning and impurity removal, enhancing quality; non-compliant material is returned upstream to the crushing process for recirculation. This cycle continues until all products meet customer specifications, achieving efficient and precise aggregate production.
