### Process Design & Advantages
The project adopts a simple and practical process, which is suitable for small and medium-sized mines with limited investment and insufficient professional technical personnel. The crushing stage adopts "primary crushing + secondary crushing" process: the jaw crusher crushes large gold ore blocks (≤500mm) into ≤100mm particles, and the impact crusher further crushes the materials into ≤15mm particles, which is conducive to the subsequent liberation of gold minerals.
The screening stage uses a 2-layer vibrating screen to separate the crushed materials into two grades: ≥15mm (return to secondary crushing for reprocessing) and 0-15mm (enter the dressing stage). The dressing stage adopts gravity separation method, which is simple, environmental friendly and low-cost. The 0-15mm material enters the spiral classifier for desliming, and then enters the shaking table for separation. The gold concentrate (gold grade ≥80g/t) is collected as finished product, and the tailings are used for road filling.
