The crushing process of the pebble sand production line mainly includes five steps: raw material processing, coarse crushing, medium crushing, fine crushing and screening.

1. Raw material processing

The raw materials of the pebbles must be processed initially to remove soil, impurities, etc. to ensure the quality of subsequent crushing.

2. Coarse crushing

After the initial processing, the raw materials are sent to the jaw crusher for primary crushing. The core function of this machine is to further crush these raw materials into relatively large blocks for subsequent processing.

3. Medium crushing

The raw materials after coarse crushing by the jaw crusher will enter the single-cylinder cone crusher for intermediate crushing. The main function of this equipment is to further refine the large blocks produced by the former and crush them into smaller blocks to meet the finer requirements of the material size for subsequent processing.

4. Fine crushing

After the raw materials are processed by the hammer crusher, they will be sent to the multi-cylinder cone crusher for fine crushing. The main task of this equipment is to further refine the smaller blocks produced by the hammer crusher into finer particles to ensure that the raw materials meet the particle size requirements required by the subsequent process.

5. Screening

After being processed by the cone crusher, the raw materials enter the vibrating screen for screening. The main function of the vibrating screen is to separate the crushed particles according to size to obtain pebbles and gravel that meet the specifications. The advantages of the vibrating screen are good screening effect, fast screening speed, and easy maintenance.
