The granite raw material is first screened by a feeder. Small-diameter particles are directly fed into the cone crusher's transfer bin; larger-diameter particles are crushed by the jaw crusher and then fed into the bin as well. The mixture in the bin is further refined by two cone crushers, followed by initial screening by a vibrating screen. Large particles are recycled back for crushing to ensure that the output size of 31.5-40mm meets the standard. After fine screening, four finished product sizes of 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, and 20-31.5mm are finally obtained, efficiently completing the entire crushing and screening process.

Finished Product Size: 0-5mm high-quality sand, supplying high-speed rail and concrete mixing plants

Equipment Configuration: PEW860 European-style jaw crusher, HST250 single-cylinder cone crusher, VSI5X-1145 sand making machine

After primary crushing by the P-type coarse crusher, the pebbles are stored in the regulating hopper. Subsequently, they are conveyed by belt conveyor to the single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for secondary fine crushing. The crushed material returns to the hopper and is then conveyed by belt conveyor to the vibrating screen for further fine crushing. Material ≤40mm undersize is transferred to the VSI5X impact crusher for fine grinding to a particle size of 0-5mm, producing high-quality sand as the final product. This process achieves full automation from coarse crushing to sand making, ensuring both sand quality and production efficiency.
