### Equipment Configuration & Process Advantages
The production line adopts a tower-type integrated design, integrating crushing, shaping, screening, dust removal and intelligent monitoring into one, saving 60% of floor space. Primary crushing uses a large jaw crusher with a maximum feeding size of 500mm, which can efficiently crush large limestone blocks. Secondary shaping uses an impact sand making machine, which adopts the rock-on-rock crushing principle to make the finished product particle shape cubic and uniform.
The screening stage uses 4 sets of 3-layer high-efficiency vibrating screens to separate four specifications of finished products. The aggregate optimization system adjusts the particle size distribution of finished products, improving the quality of aggregate and machine-made sand. The whole line is equipped with a fully enclosed workshop and 30 sets of pulse dust collectors, ensuring that the dust emission concentration is ≤8mg/m³, meeting the strict environmental protection standards of Saudi Arabia.
The intelligent control system realizes one-key start and stop, real-time monitoring of 200+ operation parameters, and automatic generation of maintenance plans, reducing the shutdown rate by 40% and labor cost by 70%.
### Operation Effect
The production line has operated stably for more than 1 year, with an average daily operation time of 22 hours and a failure rate of ≤1%. The finished aggregate and machine-made sand have stable quality, the needle flake content is ≤3%, and the particle size uniformity is ≥95%, which fully meets the Saudi Arabian high-grade aggregate standard.
