Sand making production process:

The stone is evenly sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for coarse crushing, and the coarse crushed material is sent to the fine jaw crusher for re-crushing. The crushed material is sent to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor for screening. The stone that meets the feed particle size of the sand making machine is sent to the sand making machine for sand making, and the stone that does not meet the requirements is returned to the fine jaw crusher for re-crushing.

The material coming out of the sand making machine is returned to the vibrating screen for re-screening, and the screened sand that meets the requirements is sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning. After cleaning, it is output by the finished product conveyor belt as a finished product. The materials that do not meet the requirements are sent to the sand making machine for re-crushing. This production line forms a two-stage closed-loop circulation and can be configured in various ways according to user needs.
