Fine Processing Creates High-Quality Sand and Gravel
This production line features a streamlined and efficient process. After mining, the limestone first enters the F5X1360(S) feeder for pre-screening. This crucial step is crucial, as the feeder's built-in screen accurately separates debris and provides initial material purification. Smaller materials require no additional processing and are directly fed into the impact crusher's transfer silo. Larger materials are initially crushed by the jaw crusher before also entering the transfer silo. This pre-screening and grading process lays the foundation for subsequent efficient crushing.
The transfer silo is connected to two PFW1318Ш European hydraulic three-chamber impact crushers. As a key piece of secondary crushing equipment, the impact crusher, with its unique crushing principle, powerfully crushes materials to a more optimal particle size. After being crushed by the impact crusher, the material is screened by the new S5X2760 vibrating screen. During the screening process, larger particles are returned to the impact crusher for further crushing, creating a continuous crushing cycle that ensures all materials reach the desired particle size. Stone powders in sizes of 0, 3, and 6 mm are screened out and can be used as raw materials for other building materials.
The remaining finished materials, ranging from 6 to 31.5 mm, are then fed to the VSI6X1263 impact crusher for sand shaping. The impact crusher's high-speed rotor impacts and collides the material, simultaneously crushing and shaping it, producing machine-made sand with excellent particle shape and proper gradation. After impact crushing, the material is further finely screened by two S5ZX2760 vibrating screens, producing six finished products, ranging from 0 to 3 mm, 6 mm to 11 mm, 19 mm to 26.5 mm, and 31.5 mm, meeting the diverse needs of different customers for sand and gravel aggregates.
