I. System Design

This solution adopts a two-stage layout: a primary crushing system is located in the raw material area, completing the initial crushing process; a fine crushing and screening system is located within the industrial park. After primary crushing, the raw materials are conveyed to a transfer silo, where they are subsequently subjected to a double-stage cone crusher combined with a shaping process to ensure consistent quality of the finished aggregate. Specifically designed for manufactured sand production, a wet process production line and wastewater recycling treatment system are also included to achieve efficient resource utilization.
