The main components of a sand and gravel production line include: crushing system, screening system, water washing system, and wastewater utilization system.

1. Crushing System

The crushing system in the entire production line is divided into three parts: primary crushing, secondary and fine crushing, and sand making crushing.

2. Screening System

After each crushing stage, the material enters the corresponding material fineness screening system for fineness screening. The material that meets the fineness requirement will enter the corresponding crushing system.

3. Water Washing System

The material separated by the screening system first enters the respective sand washing system for further cleaning. The separated sand is finally added to the finished sand pile.

4. Wastewater Utilization System

The wastewater from the treated material enters the barrel through the material channel. After a series of processes such as slow flow and flocculation, the thickened underflow slurry is discharged from the outlet at the bottom of the tank and enters other equipment such as the filter press to be filtered into a slurry cake. Clean water is discharged from the water outlet on the top of the tank, achieving zero discharge of muddy and waste water in production and recycling of clean water.
