From blasted stone to fine sand, the sand production line efficiently transforms it through four steps: feeding, crushing, screening, and washing. This not only increases production but also ensures environmentally friendly recycling, resulting in high-quality sand and gravel.

The sand production line process is as follows:

1. Feeding

Stone is blasted down from the mountain, and dump trucks deliver the bulky stone to a vibrating feeder.

2. Coarse and Fine Crushing

The vibrating feeder evenly feeds the stone into the coarse crusher, which performs the primary crushing. The stone from the coarse crusher is then conveyed by a belt conveyor to the fine crusher for secondary crushing.

3. Sand Screening

The crushed material is conveyed by a belt conveyor to the sand making machine for fine crushing. The finely crushed material is then screened by a circular vibrating screen to separate the coarse, medium, and fine sand into different sizes.

4. Sand Washing and Recovery

For those with strict requirements on sand fineness, a sand washer can be added after the fine sand production. The wastewater discharged from the sand washer can be recycled through a fine sand recovery machine, reducing environmental pollution while increasing sand production output.
