With the support of the Qingpu District Committee and Government, Shanghai Chengtou Environment (Group) Co., Ltd. and the Qingpu District Greenery and Public Sanitation Bureau jointly established the Qingpu Construction Waste Resource Utilization Center. The center uses construction waste as its main raw material and achieves volume reduction and resource utilization of construction waste through scientific pretreatment and reprocessing processes.
The center has a powerful processing capacity, designed to process up to 500,000 tons of construction waste annually. The production line is divided into a construction waste production line and a demolition waste production line, with daily processing capacities of 1000 tons and 500 tons respectively. The center is equipped with advanced equipment such as chain feeders, stepped screens, tension screens, and crushers, ensuring efficient, environmentally friendly, and intelligent production.

Through careful processing, construction waste is transformed into recycled sand and aggregates with specifications of 0-5-10-31.5mm. These recycled materials are widely used in the production of recycled bricks, recycled concrete, and recycled water-stabilized materials, truly achieving a closed-loop cycle from construction to construction.
