Andesite a neutral calc-alkaline ejecta rock. Its composition is equivalent to amphibolite. It is dark gray, light rose, and dark brown in color. Patchy structure. Porphyry is mainly plagioclase feldspar and dark minerals. The dark minerals are mainly black mica, hornblende (usually brown, with darkened edges) and pyroxene (monoclinic and plagioclase are present, the former including tremolite, ordinary pyroxene and anomalous pyroxene; the latter is mainly seen in the porphyry). According to the type of dark minerals in the porphyry, it can be classified into pyroxene andesite, hornblende andesite, and black mica andesite. Andesite is the most widely distributed volcanic rock in the orogenic belt, and is named after the Andes Mountains in the Americas, where it was developed in large quantities.
Andesite structure, andesite color rate is generally 20 ~ 35, hand specimens on the gray, black, red, purple, brown and other colors, green after alteration, patchy structure. Porphyry is mainly plagioclase feldspar and dark-colored minerals. The matrix is mainly interwoven structure and andesite structure, composed of plagioclase feldspar microcrystals, pyroxene, chlorite, andesite glass, alkali feldspar, quartz is rare, and only individual filled in the microcrystalline interstices. The secondary minerals are mainly apatite and iron oxides. Pores, block structure, some pores are calcite, quartz, chlorite and other filling, the formation of amygdaloidal structure.
Andesite crushing process: Andesite is fed evenly by vibrating feeder and transported to jaw crusher for primary crushing, after primary crushing andesite and fine andesite screened by vibrating feeder are transported evenly by conveyor to cone crusher for medium and fine crushing, and after crushing, it is screened by circular vibrating screen. The large granularity andesite is returned to the cone crusher for further crushing; the medium granularity andesite is sent to the sand making machine for fine crushing and shaping; and the qualified andesite is cleaned by the sand washing machine as the final product. Medium granularity andesite is sent to sand making machine for fine crushing until qualified, and then cleaned by sand washing machine. That is the finished product
