Cobblestone processing technology can be divided into crushing process and sand making process, different processing technology can make the cobblestone used in different areas of scope, the following is a simple analysis of the two processes:

(1)Pebble crushing process

The natural pebbles pass through the silo and are fed evenly and continuously by the vibrating feeder, and are sent to the jaw crusher for primary crushing, and the pebbles after primary crushing as well as the fine pebbles screened by the vibrating feeder are transported to the transfer stockpile under the action of the belt conveyor.

The transfer belt conveyor will evenly transport the pebbles to the impact crusher or cone crusher for medium and fine crushing, and after crushing, the pebbles will be screened by the circular vibrating screen, and the larger particles of materials will be returned to the upper layer for re-crushing; the materials with medium granularity will be sent to the sand making machine for fine crushing and shaping.

(2) Cobblestone sand making process

Large pebbles need to be roughly crushed before entering the fine crusher for fine crushing, fine crushing of pebbles with the right size is sent to the sand making machine for fine crushing process, after sand making pebbles by the circular vibrating screen for screening, the larger granularity of the pebbles returned to the sand making machine for re-crushing, in line with the needs of the material made of pebbles made into the storage of the storage pile of sand materials were sent to the sand washing machine for washing, cleaning, as the final product of the After cleaning, as part of the final product, it is transferred to the storage pile by the belt conveyor for packaging.
