The development of the manufacturing industry is inseparable from the use of copper. According to a report released by the Copper Development Association (CDA), since the beginning of the 21st century, copper has been widely used in the electrical and electronic industries, mainly in the manufacturing of electronic products such as mobile phones and computers, accounting for more than half of the total consumption. However, in my country, most copper ore needs to be imported from abroad, and domestic investors rarely venture into the copper ore processing industry. Why is this? On the one hand, my country's copper ore reserves are indeed limited, but the main reason is the unfamiliarity of investors with this industry. As a domestic provider of mining crushing solutions, Shibang Group has focused on copper ore processing technology for thirty years, and we will unveil the mystery of copper ore processing technology and solutions for you.

Overview of Copper Ore Processing Technology
The processing and production process of copper ore mainly includes three stages: crushing, grinding, and beneficiation. Modern copper ore crushing methods employ a three-stage closed-circuit crushing system. This method not only completes the crushing and partial liberation of the ore but also improves the efficiency of subsequent grinding. In the grinding process, a two-stage closed-circuit grinding process allows for more thorough grinding of the copper ore. In the beneficiation process, the mixed flotation process is one of the more successful new processes in recent years.

Stage 1: Crushing and Screening - Three-Stage Closed-Circuit Crushing
Large pieces of copper ore are uniformly fed into a jaw crusher or a coarse crushing mobile station by a vibrating feeder for coarse crushing.
The coarsely crushed copper ore is screened by a vibrating screen and then transported by a belt conveyor to a single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for medium crushing.
The medium-crushed copper ore material is then sent to a multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing.
Stage 2: Grinding - Two-Stage Closed-Circuit Grinding
The 0-12mm copper ore powder screened by the vibrating screen is uniformly fed into a grinding mill for grinding.

The ground material is screened by a spiral classifier, and any material that does not meet the requirements is returned to the grinding mill for further grinding.
Stage 3: Beneficiation - Mixed Flotation Process
The qualified copper ore powder is sent to a flotation machine for mixed flotation.
The floated copper ore powder is sent to a dryer for drying, finally obtaining copper concentrate. Copper Ore Core Processing Equipment:
C6X Series Jaw Crusher: Used for primary crushing, processing large ore blocks.
HST Hydraulic Cone Crusher: Suitable for secondary crushing, processing harder ores with a high crushing ratio.
HPT Hydraulic Cone Crusher: Used for fine crushing, featuring high efficiency and energy saving.
VSI6X Sand Making Machine: Used for sand production, improving the quality of sand and gravel.
Through this scientific processing technology and advanced equipment configuration, the crushing, grinding, and beneficiation of copper ore can be completed efficiently and stably, meeting the subsequent smelting requirements and improving resource utilization.
