The client's existing φ1650 old-style spring cone crusher suffered from insufficient capacity and high circulating load, making it difficult to meet the annual processing requirement of 13 million tons of iron ore. To address this problem, the client chose SBM's HPT300 and HPT500 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers for the upgrade and renovation of their fine crushing workshop. These two new crushers will significantly improve production efficiency and reduce circulating load, thus meeting the client's high-output demands and ensuring that the annual iron ore processing capacity reaches the expected target.

Comparative tests showed that the SBM HPT crushers significantly increased processing capacity, reaching 1.9 times that of the original model. The product particle size distribution also improved significantly, demonstrating outstanding results from the upgrade. Currently, the production line is operating efficiently and continuously. The SBM HPT multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers are highly stable, with low failure and maintenance rates, effectively supporting the completion of the iron concentrate production task.
