The project adopts a three-stage crushing design, pre-sorting the medium and fine crushed products according to the ore's particle size characteristics. This increases the capacity of the same type of configured system, reduces product particle size, meets the requirements of multi-stage crushing and less grinding, thereby reducing grinding costs. The iron tailings sand produced can be used in the production of non-fired bricks and cement, achieving comprehensive utilization of tailings.
