1. Choose a liner made of wear-resistant material
The liner itself is one of the vulnerable parts of the jaw crusher. In production, it needs to be replaced regularly according to the degree of wear. The use of a liner made of wear-resistant material can reduce its wear and extend the service life of the liner to a certain extent.
2. Material selection and correct feeding
The selected material needs to meet the requirements of the corresponding model of the jaw crusher, otherwise it will make the machine in an overloaded production state, thereby increasing the breakage speed of the liner. As for feeding, the material needs to be screened before feeding, so as to prevent the high-hardness or non-crushed materials from entering the crushing chamber and causing greater pressure on other parts, resulting in the liner breaking.

3. Check the accessories around the liner before operation
The jaw crusher is composed of many parts. If the accessories around the liner fail, it will inevitably affect the liner. Therefore, a correct inspection is required before operation.
