Processing methods of potassium feldspar
Sintering method mainly uses limestone and coal as raw materials, crushed into balls and then calcined in vertical kiln, so that the potassium oxide in it is converted into water-soluble. Blast furnace smelting method mainly uses potassium feldspar, limestone, iron ore, fluorite, coke according to the proportion of crushing and mixing the ingredients into the furnace, and the slag discharged from the blast furnace is processed to make white cement. The low temperature decomposition method mainly sends the materials processed by jaw crusher and Raymond mill into the heating and pressurizing furnace for decomposition, and produces the raw materials required by the industry.
