1.Working principle and structure

Raw coal enters the crusher chamber through the inlet, and enters between the two upper crushing rolls under the effect of gravity. The upper rolls are driven by the power to do relative rotation, the use of roller teeth and buffer cylinders on the crushing rolls of the compression force on the material for crushing. After the initial crushing of the material under the action of gravity continue to fall to the lower section of the crushing rollers, the same principle of work on the material to be crushed again. Role of mechanical pitch adjustment and gas buffer cylinder.

2.Installation and Maintenance

The crusher can be installed directly on the concrete foundation or metal beam frame. The location and size of the ground bolts should be according to the information provided by the crusher manufacturer. The crusher should not be installed on an uneven foundation surface. Uneven foundation surface will cause the crusher's base to twist and deform, leading to the deterioration of the working condition of the gears in the main and sub-drive gearboxes. Therefore, after the installation of the crusher, the level of the base of the machine should be checked, and the permissible error should not be more than 2 mm.

2.2 Use and Maintenance

No matter how to feed the crusher, there must be a reliable rust removal device to prevent other miscellaneous matters from entering the crusher. The crusher must be started with no load. Before starting, the crusher must be checked and cleared of any remaining material. Check the oil level in the main and auxiliary drive gearboxes and supply sufficient oil. If the crusher has been out of use for a long time, or for the first time to start the crusher, it should be manually rotated for 2-3 weeks to make sure that the machine is running freely, and then the motor should be "pointing" for several times, and then the crusher should be started only after the motor is rotating in the right direction. Start the crusher to reach the normal speed, and in no abnormal situation to start feeding. Sample the crusher regularly to check whether the product size meets the requirements. If necessary, readjust the spacing of the crushing rolls. When stopping the crusher, stop feeding the material beforehand, and stop the crusher only after all the material in the crusher has been removed. When changing the strength, grain size or crushing ratio of the crusher material, the nitrogen pressure in the buffer cylinder should be readjusted. The pressure should be set at a level that meets the needs of the crushing roll compression force. Excessive compression force will result in faster wear and increased power consumption. Too small compression force will make the crushing product of the super-grain increase, and make the activity of the crushing rollers show frequent vibration jump phenomenon.


The crusher's main and sub-drive gearboxes are lubricated with gear oil, and the lubricating oil in the box should be replaced in time during summer and winter. According to the design requirement, H L-30# gear oil (SY1103-77) is used in summer and H L-20# gear oil in winter. The bearings of the upper and lower crushing rolls of the crusher are lubricated with grease, and the design requires the use of 2# or 3# calcium-based grease. If it is necessary to open the cover of the primary and secondary transmission gearboxes for maintenance, the rubber sealing strips must be replaced and a layer of sealant must be evenly applied to the static sealing surfaces before reassembly to prevent oil seepage and oil leakage from the sealing surfaces. After the crusher is overhauled, when reassembling the upper section of the crusher rolls and the nip shell coupling, the round nuts and coupling bolts should be tightened under strict control of the torque. Tighten the shell coupling bolts, but also must pay attention to its sequence, should first tighten the diagonal bolts, and then tighten the middle bolts, at the same time pay attention to the coupling on both sides of the sub-surface gap should be uniform.
