Construction gypsum powder production line is usually divided into five parts according to the process requirements, which are crushing system, grinding system, calcination system, storage and conveying system and electric control system.

1. Crushing system--Gypsum raw materials are evenly and quantitatively fed into the crusher by the feeder, and the crusher crushes the large-size gypsum ore into small particles less than 30mm. According to the size of gypsum raw materials and different output requirements, you can choose the corresponding specifications of the crusher, usually crushing link choose PE jaw crusher, HP hydraulic cone crusher or PF impact crusher and so on.

2. Material conveying - The crushed gypsum materials are conveyed by elevator to the storage silo for spare parts, which can be designed according to the requirements of material storage time to ensure a stable supply of materials. At the same time, all parts of the material turnover adopts elevator, reducing the floor space.

3. Grinding system - The gypsum raw materials in the storage bin are evenly and continuously fed into the Raymond mill through electromagnetic vibrating feeder for grinding and finishing. Then, through the joint action of fan and analyser, the raw gypsum powder which meets the fineness requirement is sorted out. The main equipments of this grinding system are: elevator, storage bin, vibrating feeder, Raymond mill and so on.

4.Calcination system--The raw powder from the grinding system is transported to the boiling furnace for calcination, and the calcined cooked powder is transported to the finished product warehouse by the elevator for spare parts. The system mainly includes elevator, electrostatic dust removal, fan and other equipment.

5. Electric control system--The electric control system adopts the current intelligent centralised control, DCS control or PLC control, and all the control components are chosen from the international famous brand products.
