The customer is located in Fuding City, Fujian Province, where local granite resources are abundant, but traditional processing methods are inefficient and the finished product gradation is uneven. Customer requirements are clear:
Raw material characteristics: feed particle size ≤600mm, containing a small amount of soil impurities;
Finished product requirements: 0-5mm machine-made sand (accounting for 40%), 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-31.5mm crushed stone aggregates;
Production capacity target: Stable output of 180-240 tons per hour, used for concrete mixing stations and highway construction.
Production line configuration and process highlights
Liming Heavy Industry adopts a three-stage crushing process of "coarse crushing + medium and fine crushing + sand making and shaping". The core equipment includes:
Coarse crushing stage: PE750×1060 jaw crusher, which can efficiently process large pieces of granite and has strong impact resistance;
Medium and fine crushing stage: HPT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, which reduces the needle-like content through the principle of lamination crushing;

Sand making and shaping: 5X1145 impact sand making machine, which can realize the dual-mode switching of "stone hitting stone" and "stone hitting iron", and the finished product has a rounded particle shape and adjustable fineness modulus;
Auxiliary equipment: GZD vibrating feeder, 3YKN2675 vibrating screen (multi-stage screening), XSD3016 sand washing machine (dust removal).
Process flow: raw materials → jaw crusher coarse crushing → cone crusher medium and fine crushing → screening → sand making machine shaping → sand washing → finished product storage. Among them, the closed-loop design ensures that the substandard materials are returned for reprocessing to improve resource utilization.

Production capacity reaches the standard: the actual output is stable at 220 tons/hour, the fineness modulus of machine-made sand is 2.6-3.0, which meets the standard of Class II construction sand;

Environmental protection and energy saving: equipped with pulse dust collector and circulating water system, dust emission <20mg/m³, realizing green production.
