Granite Sand Making Production Process Flow:
The processing of granite typically involves multiple steps to ensure the quality and suitability of the final product. First, the granite is fed into a jaw crusher via a vibrating feeder for primary crushing. This step primarily breaks down large pieces of granite into smaller particles for subsequent processing.
However, the particle size after primary crushing may still not meet the feed requirements of the sand making equipment. Therefore, a multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is then used to further crush the material after primary crushing to achieve a finer particle size.

After secondary crushing, the medium and fine materials are screened using a circular vibrating screen. During the screening process, stones that meet the feed size requirements of the sand making machine are sent to the granite sand making machine for sand production, while other materials that do not meet the requirements are returned to the fine crushing stage for further crushing.
In the sand making machine, the granite is further crushed and made into sand. The resulting sand is then washed in a sand washing machine to remove soil, impurities, etc., thereby obtaining high-quality finished sand. It should be noted that the sand washing step can be included or omitted depending on the user's production requirements and raw material conditions.
