To ensure normal crusher operation under high temperatures, consider the following:

1. Carefully perform daily maintenance on the crusher equipment. Regularly inspect the equipment, replace grease, adjust belts, and check core components and wear parts. Operators should frequently check the temperature gauge during operation. If any problems are found, stop the machine immediately for inspection and rectify any faults immediately. Never allow the crusher to operate without correcting any problems.

2. Clean the motor body of oil and dust promptly to ensure proper heat dissipation. Although some equipment now features dust suppression systems to reduce downtime due to dust, dust problems can become more severe in summer due to high temperatures and dry air. For example, regularly check the bolts securing the dust seals and slip rings of the cone crusher to prevent them from falling off, allowing large amounts of dust and sand to enter the crusher, potentially causing the crusher to fail or significant economic losses.

3. Replace the equipment's engine oil with the appropriate viscosity grade. Generally, the viscosity grade should be slightly higher in summer than at other times of the year. Replace the motor oil and other lubricants with summer oil, using the appropriate amount. Check frequently for leaks and refill the fuel promptly.

4. Check the cooling and fuel systems for proper flow, replace aging wires, plugs, oil pipes, and screws, and tighten the fuel lines to prevent fuel leaks.

5. During crusher operation, always monitor the temperature of the crusher's bearings. Under normal operating conditions, the bearing temperature rise should be within 35°C and no more than 70°C. Keep the bearings well lubricated and monitor for abnormal sounds and vibrations.

6. Whether the equipment is idle or operating, try to keep it in a cool, shady location. For example, build a temporary awning or sunshade net to avoid prolonged exposure to the sun, which can cause equipment aging and affect work quality and efficiency.

7. Indoor equipment should be installed in a well-ventilated area. Also, pay attention to regulating the indoor temperature and the ventilation and air permeability of the surrounding environment. The temperature should not exceed 40 degrees Celsius to provide a good working environment for the crusher.
