This project, located in Zhejiang, supplies high-quality construction aggregates for Shanghai municipal projects. The production line has a designed capacity of 1,500-1,800 tons per hour. Using a two-line parallel process layout, it can simultaneously produce crushed stone and manufactured sand in various sizes, including 0-5mm, 5-15mm, 15-20mm, and 20-38mm.

II. Core Technology Solution

Process Flow: A three-stage crushing solution is used:

Primary Crushing: C6X160 Jaw Crusher

Secondary and Fine Crushing: HST315 Series Cone Crusher (S- and H-Cavity Combination)

Finished Product Screening: S5X Series Vibrating Screen

Intelligent Control System: Equipped with a PLC automated control system, enabling automatic feed rate adjustment, real-time monitoring of equipment operating status, and fault warnings.
