(4) After the second screening workshop, some coarse particles with a particle size of less than 5mm (mainly 3-5mm) are sent to the vertical shaft crusher for processing, and then sent to the rod mill for further crushing to adjust the fineness modulus and stone powder content of the finished material;

(5) The lower the moisture content of the processed aggregate during sand making by the vertical shaft impact crusher, the better the sand making effect. Based on this feature, the system adopts a fully dry production method to improve the sand making effect of the vertical shaft sand making machine. This system produces sand for both normal concrete and roller compacted concrete.
