How to adjust the fineness and output of the grinding mill

The mesh of the mill and the output are inversely proportional, as long as the fineness requirement is high, the output is bound to be low. This is because a high fineness requirement means that the analyzer part of the rotational speed is accelerated, and the coarser material is not passed, and has to come down again for grinding. This lengthens the grinding time of the material inside the mill, that is to say, in the unit time the finished product out of the time consumed by a long time, so the amount is also reduced.

Spacer ring diameter: the size of the diameter of the spacer ring determines the particles in the grinding chamber to stay time. The larger the diameter of the spacer ring, the shorter the particles stay, the larger the size of the crushed product, the higher the output, and vice versa;

Air volume: the air volume can be controlled by adjusting the butterfly valve at the outlet end of the mill. Wind volume increases, the product particle size increases, and vice versa;

Slag discharge: adjust the size of the slag discharge hole of the slag discharge device to control the amount of slag discharge, which can improve the quality and purity of the product;

Gap between grading impeller and spacer ring: when the gap is reduced, the product becomes fine; when the gap is increased, the product becomes coarse.
