1、Crushing equipment
Crushing equipment is the main part of the whole sand production line, which is usually divided into three sections according to different functions.
One section of jaw crusher is used for rough crushing, crushing large stone materials into medium size.
The second stage of crushing adopts cone (for hard rock) or impact (for soft rock) crusher for medium and fine crushing, to ensure that the coarse crushed materials are further refined. This process can efficiently produce various sizes of stones, such as 5-10mm, 10-15mm, 15-20mm and 20-31.5mm, etc., which can be directly separated by screening system to meet different project requirements.
The third stage crushing adopts vertical shaft impact crusher (commonly known as sand making machine), which is suitable for medium and large scale sand making production line. This machine further refines the raw materials such as stone and stone powder to 0-5mm mechanism sand, and also has the function of stone shaping to improve the quality of finished sand.
2、Screening equipment
The end of each crushing process is equipped with circular vibrating screen to accurately screen the crushed stone, and the qualified granularity is directly transferred to the subsequent crushing or storage of the finished products; those out of specification are automatically sent back to the crusher for reprocessing, which ensures precise control of the granularity of the stone and improves the production efficiency and product quality.
3、Conveying equipment
Each section of crushing equipment and crushing and screening equipment is connected with a belt conveyor, which is used to transport materials, and the conveyor connects the whole production line.
