The configuration plan for a 500 ton per hour gravel production line is as follows:
Raw material: limestone
Finished product size: 0-5-10-20-31.5mm
Finished product use: mixing station
Design capacity: 500 tons per hour

Process flow
The limestone is pre-screened by the F5X1360 feeder. After the fine material and slag are removed, the fine material is directly sent to the jaw crusher discharge belt, and the coarse material is sent to the transfer bin after the jaw crusher. Subsequently, the material is sent to the CI5X1520 hydraulic impact crusher for refinement by the belt. The product is screened by S5X2460-2, and the large particles are returned to the PF1315 impact crusher for re-crushing to obtain 20-31.5mm gravel. The remaining fine material is finely screened by S5X2460-3 and divided into 0-5, 10, and 20mm finished products to achieve efficient grading treatment.
