Process flow chart is as follows:

Granite material is initially screened by an F5X1345 feeder. Small materials go directly into the cone crusher transfer bin, and large materials are crushed by the jaw crusher before entering the bin. The material in the bin is processed by two HPT300 cone crushers, then screened by an S5X2460-2 vibrating screen. Large materials are recycled for crushing, and 31.5-40mm finished products are screened out. The remaining materials are then screened by an S5X2460-3 screen, finely separating four specifications of finished products: 0-5-10-20-31.5mm, completing the entire crushing and screening process.

The pebble raw material is first crushed by a PEW860 coarse crusher, and then enters a regulating bin. The crushed material then enters the regulating bin again and is transported by a belt conveyor to a vibrating screen for screening. After screening, materials smaller than 40MM are sent to the VSI5X-1145 impact crusher for sand making treatment, finally producing 0-5MM high-quality sand as the finished product.
