The technological scheme is shown below:

The granite material first undergoes preliminary sorting on the F5X1345 feeder. Fine fractions go directly to the cone crusher hopper, while large fractions are crushed by a jaw crusher before entering the hopper. The material from the hopper is processed by two HPT300 cone crushers, then screened on a S5X2460-2 vibrating screen. Large fractions are returned for re-crushing, and the finished product of size 31.5-40 mm is screened out. The remaining material is then screened on an S5X2460-3 screen, where it is finely separated into four fractions of finished product: 0-5-10-20-31.5 mm, completing the entire crushing and sorting process.

Finished product size: high-quality sand 0-5 mm, supplied to high-speed railway construction companies and concrete plants.
Equipment configuration: European version PEW860 jaw crusher, HST250 single-cylinder cone crusher, VSI5X-1145 sand making machine
The technological scheme is as follows:

The raw material (pebbles) is first crushed in the PEW860 coarse crusher and then fed into a storage hopper. Using a belt conveyor, the pebbles are transported to the HST250 single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for secondary fine crushing. The crushed material is again fed into the storage hopper and transported by a belt conveyor to a vibrating screen for screening. After screening, material smaller than 40 mm is sent to a VSI5X-1145 impact crusher for sand production, resulting in high-quality sand of 0-5 mm size as the finished product.
How much does a 400 tons per hour crushing and sand production line cost? It can crush large stones of lower hardness. The jaw crusher, which is the primary crushing equipment, has a high capacity. Choosing the PE1200×1500 model with a capacity of 400-800 tons is sufficient to meet production needs. The impact crusher, which is the secondary crushing equipment, has a relatively lower capacity, so two PE1000×1200 models with a capacity of 300-800 tons per hour are used in parallel. The particle size of the finished product is adjustable, the particle shape is good, and the quality is high.
