1. Crushing equipment

Crushing equipment is the main part of the whole sand production line, according to the different functions are usually divided into three sections of crushing.

A jaw crusher is used for coarse crushing, crushing large blocks of stone raw material into medium sizes.

The second-stage crushing adopts cone type (for hard rock) or counterattack type (for soft rock) crusher for medium and fine crushing treatment to ensure that the coarse crushed materials are further refined. This process can efficiently produce stones of various specifications, such as 5-10mm, 10-15mm, 15-20mm and 20-31.5mm, etc., which are directly separated by the screening system to meet different engineering requirements.

The three-stage crushing adopts vertical shaft impact crusher (commonly known as sand making machine), which is suitable for large-scale sand making production line. The machine further refines raw materials such as stones and stone powder to 0-5mm machine-made sand, and at the same time has the whole function of stones to improve the quality of finished sand.

2. Screening equipment

The end of each crushing process is equipped with a circular vibrating screen to accurately screen the crushed stones, and the qualified particle size is directly transmitted to the subsequent crushing or finished product storage. Those who do not meet the specifications will be automatically returned to the crusher for reprocessing to ensure accurate control of stone particle size and improve production efficiency and product quality.

3. Conveying equipment

Each section of crushing equipment and crushing screening equipment are connected by a belt conveyor for conveying materials, and the conveyor connects the entire production line.
