Faced with iron ore grades of only 7-8% and a sluggish iron ore market in 2014, the client urgently needed cost reduction and efficiency improvement strategies. After a thorough analysis of their existing crushing process and equipment, Shibang meticulously planned a technical upgrade program. We strongly recommended introducing an HPT multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher to replace the aging spring crusher. This move aimed to achieve two optimizations: firstly, to refine the crushed products, providing better feed for the grinding process and improving efficiency; and secondly, to significantly reduce equipment wear and subsequent maintenance costs, comprehensively compressing production chain costs.
