The core equipment includes a PE jaw crusher, HST and HPT hydraulic cone crushers, and a YZS circular vibrating screen. III. Equipment Configuration and Process Flow

In this project, the copper ore is first uniformly fed into a PE750×1060 jaw crusher for primary crushing via a vibrating feeder. The primary crushed material is then fed into an HPT300C hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing, further reducing the particle size. Next, the material enters two HPT300F hydraulic cone crushers for fine crushing to achieve the required discharge particle size. Finally, the finely crushed copper ore is screened by two YZS2160 vibrating screens to separate qualified products with good particle shape.
The entire process flow is rationally designed, compact, and efficient, ensuring the efficient processing and full utilization of copper ore. At the same time, the high degree of automation and intelligent control of the equipment significantly reduces labor costs and improves production efficiency.
