According to the actual material size of river pebbles and the fineness requirements of different fields, different crushing equipment can be selected. The processing of the pebbles is divided into three stages : the coarse crushing of the jaw crusher, the medium and fine crushing of the impact crusher or the cone crusher, and the sand shaping of the sand making machine.

The first stage : river gravel coarsely broken. Large river pebbles are fed evenly by the vibrating feeder through the hopper and transported to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed river pebbles are sieved by the vibrating screen and transported by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher or cone crusher for medium and fine crushing.

The second stage : finely broken in river pebbles. The pebbles transported to the counterattack / cone are finely chopped and sieved using a vibrating screen, and the larger pebbles are returned to the counterattack / cone for re-crushing.

The third stage : river pebble sand. The broken river pebbles are sent to the sand making machine for further crushing and shaping. If the clean river pebbles are needed, they can be sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning.

The fourth stage : packaging. The dried finished river pebbles are packaged and stored.
