Copper ore processing technology mainly includes : crushing, grinding, mineral processing three processes. In the crushing process, the three-stage closed circuit crushing is a modern way suitable for the crushing of high-hardness copper ore, which can complete the work of ore crushing and partial dissociation, thereby improving the subsequent grinding efficiency. In the grinding process, two-stage closed grinding can make copper ore grinding more fully ; in the beneficiation process, the more successful new technology in recent years is mainly the mixed flotation process.

The first stage : crushing screening ; the large copper ore is evenly sent to the jaw crusher or coarse crushing mobile station ( primary crushing ) by the vibrating feeder through the silo for coarse crushing ; after the coarsely crushed copper ore is screened by a vibrating screen, it is sent to a single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher ( second crushing ) by a belt conveyor for medium crushing ; the crushed copper ore material is sent to the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing ;

Second stage : milling ; the 0-12 mm copper powder screened by the vibrating screen is evenly fed into the mill for grinding, and is screened by the spiral classifier. If it does not meet the requirements, it is sent to the mill to continue grinding ;

The third stage : mineral processing ; the copper powder that meets the requirements is sent to the flotation machine for mixed flotation, and then the obtained copper powder is sent to the dryer for drying to obtain copper concentrate powder.
