Gold ore processing technology mainly includes : crushing, grinding, mineral processing three processes :

In the crushing process, three-stage closed-circuit crushing is a modern way suitable for gold ore crushing, which can complete the work of ore crushing and partial dissociation, thereby improving the subsequent grinding efficiency ;

In the grinding process, two-stage closed grinding can make the gold ore grinding more fully ; in the ore dressing process, due to the different types and properties of gold ore, the ore dressing methods are also different, but commonly used gravity separation, flotation, mixing mercury, cyanidation and now resin pulp method, carbon slurry adsorption method, heap leaching gold new technology. For some kinds of ores, the combined gold extraction process is often adopted.

The first stage : crushing screening-three stage closed circuit crushing
The large pieces of gold ore are uniformly fed into the jaw crusher or the coarse crushing mobile station by the vibrating feeder through the hopper for coarse crushing ; after the coarsely crushed gold ore is screened by the vibrating screen, it is sent by the belt conveyor to the single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for medium crushing ; the crushed gold ore materials are sent to a multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing ;

The second stage : grinding. The 0-12 mm gold powder screened by the vibrating screen is evenly fed into the mill for grinding, and screened by the spiral classifier, and the gold powder that does not meet the requirements is fed into the mill to continue grinding.

The third stage : mineral processing.
