The extensive waterway transportation and abundant mineral resources provide favorable natural conditions for the development and construction of Longyou County. The raw material of the project is local river pebbles, which are transported by local ships. The two completed sites are large in scale and directly monopolize the Qujiang section, continuously transporting sand and gravel aggregate for local construction

According to the actual production scale, two same crushing and screening production lines are configured for four sets. Through the silo, the material enters the 3YZS1860 vibrating screen, and the screened natural sand is directly entered into the sand washing machine to clean and become the finished product of river sand. Other bulk materials are entered into the PE600 × 900 deep cavity jaw crusher for primary crushing. After crushing, the material larger than 80 mm is returned to the jaw crusher for further crushing. The material less than 80 mm is entered into the HST160 single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for secondary shaping, and the shaped material is screened again. The material of 0-5 mm is directly entered into the sand washing machine and output into the manufactured sand, and the material of 10-20 mm and 20-40 mm is directly output into the gravel product.

These two gravel sand production line, not only to produce a good type of machine-made sand, but also to produce the appropriate particle size of two kinds of gravel products, fully meet our production needs. Since put into operation, the equipment has stable operation, high production efficiency, and easy operation and maintenance. We are very satisfied with this cooperation.
