The raw material is crushed by the F5X1860 bar vibrating feeder into the initial stage of C6X145 jaw breaking. The ≤ 200 mm material is directly transported to the S5X2760-3 vibrating screen for screening and washing treatment, and the finished sand in the raw material is screened and washed directly into the far sand finished warehouse. After the ≥ 200mm material is broken and broken by the jaw, it enters the block buffer warehouse together with the 5 ~ 200mm material. The material of the block buffer warehouse is sent to the HST315S2 coarse crushing single cylinder cone crushing section 2 crushing through the belt conveyor. The material after the coarse crushing cone crushing enters the 2YK3X3075 vibrating screen for screening treatment, and the ≥ 40mm material is returned to the middle stone buffer warehouse ( when the pressure of the middle stone buffer warehouse is large, it can be returned to the block buffer warehouse ), and then enters the HST315H2 fine crushing cone crushing and S5X2760-2 vibrating screen screening to form a closed loop cycle. The finished materials are finally transported to each finished warehouse for storage. In addition, the finished material is washed to ensure the quality of the finished material, and the sludge water is recycled into the sewage treatment system through the fine sand recovery device.
