Limestone crushing and grinding production line The project integrates crushing, sand making and grinding. In recent years, the company has mainly promoted new products such as C6 X jaw crusher, VSI6 X sand making machine and VUT aggregate optimization system. The output reaches 1200 T / H.

The open-pit limestone with a length of 1m is uniformly and continuously fed into two C6X160 jaw crushers by FH2160 vibrating feeder, and then transported to the tooth roller through the vibrating feeder for crushing. The two 3YK3X3075 vibrating screens screen out 40-70mm and 70-90mm stones, which will be transported to the MTW218 European mill to grind the desulfurized limestone powder. The 0-40 mm stone material will be transported to the other two 3YK3X3075 vibrating screens through the belt conveyor to screen out 20-40 mm finished materials. The 0-20 mm stone material will be transported to the VSI6X1150 sand making machine for sand shaping, and then the 3YK3X2675 vibrating screen will screen out 0-4.75 mm and 10-20 mm finished materials. The 4.75 mm-10 mm stone material is sent to the VUT120 aggregate optimization system to produce < 3.5 mm fine sand.
