The processing material of the sand production line is diabase, and the output reaches 1000T / H. The project is located in Xinyang Shangcheng County, which is surrounded by mountains and rivers. It is a national ecological demonstration county with rich mineral resources. Customers and Dawn has nearly ten years of cooperation, sales radiation area covering Henan, Anhui, Hubei and other provinces and cities. The production line is the second time customers buy our products.

The material is transported by the GZD1300 × 4900 vibrating feeder and the GZD1500 × 6000 vibrating feeder to the PE900 × 1200 jaw crusher and the PE1200 × 1500 jaw crusher respectively for coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed material is passed through the No.1 underground transfer silo into the HST315 single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushing for medium and fine crushing. After screening by four 3YZS2675 circular vibrating screens, the material with a particle size greater than 36 mm and 38 mm is passed through the No.2 underground transfer silo into two HPT500 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushing for medium and fine crushing. After the crushed material is screened by the vibrating screen, the 5-24 mm material is re-entered into the 5X1145 sand making machine for shaping and screening, and then screened by two 3YZS2675 circular vibrating screens. The final particle size of the finished sand and gravel is : 0-5mm, 3-5mm, 5-10-24-36-38mm.
