The main processing material of the desulfurization project of Shijiazhuang Thermal Power Plant is limestone. The design capacity is 70 T / H, and the finished product size required by the customer is 325 mesh.

In the design of the whole production line, the engineers of Liming Heavy Industry take 5 sets of 15T / H or so MTW175 European plate mill ( main engine power 390KW ) as the core. In the early stage, the belt conveyor, electromagnetic vibration feeder and jaw crusher are used to complete the primary crushing process. In the later stage, the bucket elevator, adjusting silo and control cabinet are used to assist the European plate mill to complete the grinding process, realize the automation of the production process, and try to bring customers a new production experience.

The whole set of equipment has three advantages : large output, good environmental protection effect, low power consumption, five machines a year can save electricity up to one million yuan, bring customers real profits. Through this desulfurization system, the power plant has greatly reduced sulfur dioxide emissions, fully meeting the requirements of national environmental protection standards.

Facts have proved that the design output of the production line of the primary crushing equipment and the European version of the mill proposed by Liming Heavy Industry is extremely high, and it can greatly save energy consumption. This configuration scheme has been accepted by many large thermal power plants and steel mill desulfurization projects at home and abroad.
