Overview: Limestone has a compressive strength of 20-120MPa and a density of 2000-2600kg/m³, most of which is fine and hard, with strong weathering resistance. The limestone sand production line designed by Henan Red Star Machinery for this customer in Shaanxi not only has the advantages of finished products and rationalized grading of sand and gravel aggregates, but also has the advantages of equipment, especially the participation of sand making equipment, which makes its process equipment more complete and the process smoother.

1, for limestone processing, first of all, primary crushing, which is often referred to as coarse crushing link, the original material through the silo, by the vibrating feeder uniform feeding, transported to the jaw crusher for primary crushing;

2, after the primary crushing of the material and by the vibrating feeder screening of fine materials from the belt conveyor together to the impact crusher; and then the fine crushing, the use of circular vibrating screen on the impact crusher after crushing the material for screening, the larger particles of material returned to the impact crusher crusher again, the particle size of the qualified is transported to the next process;

3, followed by the use of sand making equipment for fine crushing and shaping of minerals; and finally sand washing machine for washing operations, so that the finished sand and gravel material looks cleaner, higher gradation.
