Production Line Introduction

Production process

First, coarse crushing: granite is fed evenly into the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for coarse crushing;

Second, fine crushing: the roughly crushed material is then fed into the roller crusher or single-section crusher for secondary crushing of stone;

Third, screening: according to the size of the stone required to configure the number of layers of vibrating screen, such as the need for two sizes of finished stone, only two layers of vibrating screen can be configured;

Fourth, sand: if you need to make sand, then again for the vibrating screen configuration on the finer screen, through the sand can be achieved to meet the requirements of the particle size, and then through the sand washer to clean the sand in the impurities, to get clean sand.
