The production line uses Liming's HPT series multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher as the core equipment to achieve a stable production target of 280-300 tons of granite crushed stone per hour. The products are mainly supplied to large mixing stations in the local area and the lower reaches of the Yangtze River.
1. Overview of the production line:
This professional granite crushing production line has been carefully planned and designed, and adopts a scientific and reasonable process layout. During the field investigation, the customer showed great interest in the performance of the HPT series equipment provided by Liming, and finally verified the correctness of choosing Liming equipment through the actual operation effect of the equipment. The production line showed stable and reliable characteristics during operation, and the quality of the finished product met the requirements of various standards.
2. Process flow analysis:
Primary crushing stage: The granite raw materials (about 600mm) after blasting are evenly transported to the HJ110 jaw crusher through the feeder, and the materials are initially crushed to about 140mm.
Secondary crushing: The materials after the initial crushing enter the HPT300 hydraulic cone crusher through the belt conveyor system for fine crushing.
Screening system: The crushed mixed material is graded and screened by the 3Y2460 vibrating screen. The material with excessive particle size (>31.5mm) is returned to another HPT300 cone crusher through a closed-loop system for cyclic crushing.
Finished product classification: Finally, high-quality finished materials of three specifications, 0-5mm, 5-16mm, and 16-31.5mm, are obtained.
III. Technical configuration highlights:
The HPT multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher adopts the principle of laminated crushing to ensure that the finished aggregate has good particle shape and stable gradation.
The full hydraulic control system provides precise crushing parameter adjustment capabilities and improves the operational reliability of the production line.
