Liming built a limestone crushing and sand making production line for a large building materials company in Sichuan. The project uses high-quality limestone as raw material and adopts intelligent production technology. The annual design capacity reaches 1.2 million tons.
The production line adopts a graded crushing process, which can simultaneously produce three specifications of finished products: 0-3mm fine machine-made sand, 3-8mm melon seed slices and 8-31.5mm gravel, fully meeting the needs of surrounding mixing stations for various types of building aggregates. The project is equipped with advanced equipment that can produce continuously for 20 hours to achieve efficient and stable production operation.

The project adopts a fully dry production process and achieves clean production through four major environmental protection measures:
(1) Equipped with four sets of high-efficiency pulse dust removal systems
(2) All conveyor belts are closed
(3) Key workstations are equipped with intelligent spray dust suppression devices
(4) The site is hardened and greened
Excellent product quality
The production line adopts a multi-stage crushing and screening process to ensure that the finished aggregate has the following characteristics:
(1) The particle size of the machine-made sand is reasonable and the fineness modulus is adjustable
(2) The melon seed slices and gravel products have excellent particle shape and low needle-like content
(3) The powder content of all finished products is controllable and the moisture content is stable
