Process Flow
The stone is first screened by a TSW0936 grizzly feeder and then coarsely crushed in a PE600×900 jaw crusher. The semi-finished product then enters an HPT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing, producing high-quality stone in four grades ranging from 0-5mm to 20-31.5mm. The product is primarily cubic and polyhedral, with significantly less flakes and needles, resulting in excellent quality.

Using the laminated crushing principle, the movable cone, driven by an eccentric sleeve, performs a oscillating motion, squeezing and grinding the material to form stable stone particles.
