Process Flow

The stone is first screened by a TSW0936 grizzly feeder and then coarsely crushed in a PE600×900 jaw crusher. The semi-finished product then enters an HPT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing, producing high-quality stone in four grades ranging from 0-5mm to 20-31.5mm. The product is primarily cubic and polyhedral, with significantly less flakes and needles, resulting in excellent quality.

Main Equipment:

PE Jaw Crusher:

Widely used in mining, smelting, construction, and other industries, it processes ores and rocks with large particle sizes and compressive strengths up to 320 MPa.

This crusher utilizes a kinetic extrusion crushing method. An electric motor drives a belt and pulley, which, via an eccentric shaft, causes the movable jaw to move up and down, crushing the material.

With its compact structure and high production efficiency, it is the preferred equipment for primary crushing.

Multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher:

It is primarily used for secondary and tertiary crushing in metal mines and construction sand and gravel processing, offering high crushing capacity and output.

Using the laminated crushing principle, the movable cone, driven by an eccentric sleeve, performs a oscillating motion, squeezing and grinding the material to form stable stone particles.
