The common reasons for the coarsening of the finished product of the mill are usually as follows:

1, due to improper installation or poor material and other reasons, the size of the wind blade will often fall off or break in the operation of the powder selector, when the small wind blade falls off or breaks, the finished product fineness becomes coarse. This situation should be shut down to update the small wind blade.

2、Coarse powder for a long time scouring, so that the mill coarse powder return pipe holes, so that the coarse powder material leakage to the fine powder area, resulting in the finished product coarser, this should be welded in time to patch the holes.

3, Raymond Mill inner sleeve liner due to long-term impact of materials, the liner is easier to wear, if the replacement is not timely will make the inner sleeve wear holes. When the material into the powder selector through the inner sleeve, a portion of the material will leak from the hole to the gap between the inner and outer sleeve, under the action of the circulating wind, from the bottom up into the fine powder area, resulting in coarse finished products. When encountering this situation, the machine should be stopped immediately to repair or renew the inner sleeve.
